Hi all

I posted in the overclocking and cooling forum however I think my query should be posted here.

I am about to buy the IN Win 805 Case which has led me to look at an alternative cooler as my current Heatsink is 1mm too tall for the case.

I have been looking at other coolers however the majority of the better ones for cooling are literally mm's too tall... so its taken me to look at an alternative of the AIO watercoolers. I think this case would also suit the look better plus not give me heart attacks when the top of a heat sink is mm from the glass side when I put the side on and off.

my budget would be between £70-£120 which covers most options, but am looking for some advice and recommendations.

thanks for any help

First thing that springs to mind is that you'll need somewhere to mount the radiator. Having had a quick look at your case you have two options;

Front: 120/140/240/280mm Radiator (Height up to 60mm)
Rear: 120mm Radiator (Height up to 35mm)

Dunno if that space for just the rad or the rad + the fan.
Its usually the latter, in which case subtract 25mm from them to get the space for rad alone.

Loads of room at the front, not a lot at the back, so I'd advise to think carefully about how you'd fit it in. Front mounting a rad usually means less space for HDD racks.

Never used a close loop, thus no specific recommendations on which one.
