Thats my guess aswell. i probably over reacted but still i think they should show there customers good customer service wich they dont.
Probably? That was a massive over reaction. Your ignorance on how business works is the problem here, not this company.
You seem angry that they can't trace the parcel, Royal Mail are reluctant to do anything until at least 2 weeks have passed since the parcel should have been delivered.
Instead of having a tantrum like an overgrown baby, you should have composed yourself and tried, you know, doing a bit of research.
When/if a parcel goes missing, both the sender and recipient are the "victims", you shouldn't expect an instant dispatch of a second parcel using Royal Mail's offensively overpriced Special Delivery service.
The only plus of Special Delivery is its insurance is higher than First Class Recorded, but other than insurance, they're the same service (except the before 1PM one) but it's cheaper to go with a next day courier which often provide a better service to both customers (sender and recipient).
If I was the seller, I wouldn't want to deal with you again if this is how you act over things.
Claiming they're con artists because they didn't do as you demanded is what you'd expect a man child to come out with.
