Due to space and wanting multi monitors I am having to sell my Haf XB, due to this I need to get a tower case so I can keep it on my desk still.
I currently have a green and black colour scheme going so would like to keep that going and need it to have relatively decent cooling options.

Prefer simple clean looking cases when they are towers no huge angles and shapes.
Any suggestions? I was thinking the Bitfenix Shinobi but a little put off by having to use an adaptor for my ssds and have the cooling isn't great.

How about the Corsair Carbide 540?

It's shorter than most ATX cases (but is fatter due to the dual-chamber design).

The look from the front of the case may or may not be everyone's cup of tea, but if you are putting on your desk (assuming you have enough space) and with the window-side facing yourself it would look quite good with the internal of the case clearly on display (if it is something you would like to do).

I do like the look of that case and it was a toss up between the haf xb and that originally but I need it to be slimmer which is a shame as that case is interesting.

I have one of these and it looks really good and it should go well with your colour scheme

also you are 39 post away from free OCUK postage .... that will knock £8 off the price :)

Windowed panel usually is for those that have the preference of showing off their "hardware-porn" to themselves or others. If you have no preference in this matter, a non-windowed case would be better choice especially if it is cheaper.

Lots of time windowed-panel come at the cost of losing the fan-mounts on the side-panel that are available on the non-windowed panel as well.

I think the Corsair is the wrong green, the sniper green is quite bright which is what I tried to match for the rest of the case.

I am considering the non windowed as I haven't gotten round to braiding my cables yet anyway so the innards not being on show wouldn't matter. Although I wonder how easy it would be to grab a windowed side for that Phantek case if I decided further down the line to change that.
