Need some closure...

Im going for my fitness test for the navy tomorrow and need some closure that I have done everything right on the treadmill tonight.

7.5 miles an hour is a fast walk speed isnt it? (Im 6" tall)

7.5 miles an hour will let you do it in a 1.5 mile run in 12 mins? If not, can someone work out how fast I would have to go to do it in 12 mins?

It just seemed too easy, did a 1.5 mile run in 10:30, which is very good for me, was nackered after it though...

Really, really bricking it. Applied December 2007 , failed 1st fitness test, couldnt have 2nd one down to health problems, and here we are, about to have my 2nd fitness test. Its been on my mind for ages, been worrying so long - have no confidence with this kind of stuff (fitness) !

ARRRRRRGHHHHH!!!!

I was doing it in kilometers! (1.5km in 10:30) Oh no, going into major panic mode now... :(

Bricking it big time - oh , I wish I could swear on this forum!
 
Just thinking this all in my head.

Can someone work out how fast I need to run to do it in...

10:30 mins
11:00 mins
10:00 mins
11:30 mins

Or someone tell me the formula to do it myself! :p
 
Awwwwww, im really pooing myself now, another 2 hrs to my test...

I am actually pooing though while typing this, thought it would be a good idea to clear my bowels out before hand. :D

In 11:55 , had 12:20 to do it! Thanks for everyones help and support on here, very much appreciated!!

I am very , very happy - fitness is not my thing at all, and for me, I have just accomplished the impossible. Sounds dramatic I know, but I have no confidence when fitness is involved. My 1st fitness test, I did it in 15:44 - so knocked off 4 mins from last time!

So again thank you very much!!!! :D
