Need some comfirmation

Hi all, just a quick question:

If I bought this monitor:

Could I use the HDMI port on it for my computer, and then get one of these:

http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=CB-029-OK&groupid=1929&catid=1753&subcat=

And use it for my Xbox?

If both the computer and Xbox were plugged in at the same time, could I just switch between the two?

Also, would you recommend a different monitor?

How would you suggest sorting the sound out?

I was planning on getting 2 570's or, if I can get enough money, 580's.

No, but it does have USB ports. I saw a converter to change a USB port into a 3.5mm headphone jack, but now I think it'll probably just use the one on the monitor.

Its a new style Xbox, but I was only going to use that adaptor if the monitor didn't have its own 3.5mm jack.

I've got it all planned out in my head now anyway
