Need some Cooling advice for 920 overclock

Hi there at the moment im running my 920 at 3.8 ghz Which is about as far as i want to take it especially on stock cooling. Im usin the Asus p6t motherboard aswell. I was wondering what would be a good cooler to get for this as the temps while okay are still quite high for me and i think i could easily get to 4ghz maybe a little more but dont really want to risk going any higher at the moment on stock cooling.

Just need a little advice on what would be worth purchasing to get those temps down.

Well im planning on a core i5/7 upgrade in the very near future (january) and am closely following the corsair H50 water cooling kit. It gets some good reviews and theres a also a thread in here somewhere with people who have been using it to attain a 4.0ghz overclock on an i7! worth a further look in my opinion!
