Need Some experts about Video Cards

Hi guys im new to the forum, I'm Alexander from Malta right now I searching for a video card and I'm sure I'm going to buy it from overclockers.. but the problem is that there are too many !! haha anyway I was looking at this

What do you think is it a good card ?

Right now I got the 8400gs so you know i cannot play a lot I cannot afford to spend too much .. till 90 sterling i can .. and what about ATI ?

Some told me to look at nvidia cause they have the PhysX effects

Can anyone guide me ?

What resolution are you running arma2 at ?
Me I use 1920x1200 on a GTX280 @650Mhz with a i7 920 @ 3.78Gig
I average about 40Fps with my system

right now I'm not playing arma 2 cause arma i got and it runs a bit slow and i'm still running with 1024 resolution

what is the most important thing in a video card the core clock or the memory clock ?

might be worth posting the rest of your system spec, as it may well limit what you would be able to get out of a new gfx card.
