Need some fairly quick help

Gigabyte has UK RMA, believe MSI has aswell. Couldn't comment on the Asrock but they don't do anything for me..

Out of those 2 MSI..

have you had Asrock ?? it was born as a subsiduary of asus.... I've been an asus mobo user for a number of years and i think that the Asrock is onpar if not better in some respects..

+1 for the Asrock.

They make some excellent boards, how can you knock them when you haven't use them.
I have a Asrock skt 939 board, & it's still going strong.

And I have built four pc's now all using a Asrock Extreme 4 Gen 3 board, superb board, rock solid, can't fault them.

if you are likely to use two graphics cards in crossfire/SLI and another PCIe device (soundcard, TV card, wireless network card, OCZ revodrive, recorder for console gameplay etc) then i would go with the asrock becuase it has more PCIe lanes to play with. if not then the MSI will be just fine

+1 Asrock everytime superb board.
If you investigate those bad reviews you'll find that one of them had a faulty board but reviewed it anyway, then absolutely slated it.
Another review said the sata 3 benchmarks were below par, turns out they hadn't installed the drivers.
Read the Vortez review, ASRock Z68 Extreme4 Gen3 Review that's the one that convinced me to buy it. And I'm very glad I did.
