Need some good cable tidy help!

Hey guys, I've never been the tidiest with cables, but now after moving house, getting the office setup, cables in one corner, and the new kittens taking an interest, I need some good clean cable tidy solutions, any ideas? The situation is this:

The idea is just to get things tidied away a bit, block off the side of the PC and under table desk so they can't get under and keep all essential and safety cables out of the kittens ways!

(Yes, i intend to tidy up, also!)

The desk is a £13 worktop from ikea, its been bitchered in the middle replacing the front middle legs with the worktop mounts for the cabinet below

Wasn't sure about using that cable tubing you can get in a few different directions and then just cordening it off, or even move the cabinet on the right to under the desk, housing all cables etc...
