I've had two steelseries headsets in the past year, a Steelseries Sibera and a 5hv2.
Both have had the same issue and that their audio jacks become distorted...
Is there anyway to fix this?
Once I put the jack in completely audio is washed out, no bass, voices are extremely quiet etc.
I was told it was something to do with the Jack expanding due to heat thus making itself useless, but if I was to put my Jack in only as far as the 2nd green strip then sound would be perfect.
Is there anyway to fix this or should I just invest in another headset?
