Need some help ASAP

i just ordered a AMD Athlon 64 4000+ San Diego (Socket 939) and Asrock 939Dual-SATA2 (Socket 939 & Upgradable to AM2) AGP & PCI-Express Motherboard (MB-002-AK).
i want to know if i can still use the same xp from hard-drive with all my files and settings after installing the new mobo and cpu.
