I have hunted high and low looking for just the desk I want, with absolutely no joy. Basically im looking for a simple wooden desk of a fairly decent length, with none of that drawer/compartment rubbish underneath. Something like http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/10103677 but with a raised section for the monitor to sit on.

Any help would be great, as I must be looking in the completely wrong places :p

Regards

You don't need your monitor raised - ergonomically it is recommended that you look down on your monitor slightly.

Ikea done a nice desk called the Jerker and the good thing is that you can change the height and also bolt on extra bits as you need them, not sure if they still sell it, if not then maybe check the auction sites.

I just wandered round and picked something snazy looking. **** ergonomics tbh.
£200 glass desk fortehwin. I adjust my slouching position, not my monitor height ;)
