Need some help (Gaming Computer)

Hey guys, new to building my own computer and choosing my set-up. Some of the details and requirements I can give you are as follows (No B-Grade items please )

Budget: 1000-1200 (Inc Vat)

Req: Monitor, OS, and I have a fancy for the Black Corsair 500r (Also have a prefrence for Nvidia over AMD)

I am coming from a laptop so I have no previous items to use..

Hey again, i have managed to up my budget too 1500 so can I get an updated basket with a great cooler for OCing with?

**edit** also not going to limit myself to the 500r but fancy one of the corsairs unless can get a justifiable reason not to get one

Was also wondering if I would be better water cooling my system (or going through an oc water cooled case) for better performance through over clocking?
