need some help please

Hi All,

I know this is a dumb question, however i still need to ask as i not sure.

I have a HIYATEK 5.25 front ban panel.
It has two fan controlers on it, with 2 cable comming from the back with just 3 wires yellow-red-black.

I am not sure on how to conect these, i was going to add 1 to the cpu fan and 1 to a case fan. now the case fan has a normal 4 pin molex on it.

can anyone please help and tell me how to get it connected up right, as dont want to ess with them and blow something on this new rig.

You will need a 4 pin molex to 3 pin fan connector cable, Overclockers don't seem to have them, you will need to have a search I'm afraid :)
 
am i right in saying that i take 1 of the cables from the back of the controler and conect it to the cpu fan cable and then the other end into the motherboard cpu pins???
also the same then with the case fan ???
 
What model do you have - Clicky

If you just have 2 cables then the fan connects to each of the 3 pin directly and nothing gets connected to the motherboard header.
