Need some help - Possible Bottleneck

Hey guys, just a quick question regarding my new build. (Sorry if this is in wrong section)

I'll start by giving my main specs:
Mobo: Gigabyte 970A-UD3
GPU: AMD Radeon 7850 XFX Edition (Core clock - 860MHz, Memory Clock - 1200MHz)
CPU: AMD FX-6200
RAM: 4gb DDR3 1600mhz

I'm a bit of a novice when it comes to PC building but when building this PC the components seemed fine but then looking into bottlenecking etc I think my CPU may be bottlenecking my GPU because of low FPS when playing things like skyrim

I ran some FRAPS benchmarks for 20 seconds each on BF3 (Ultra - no AA) in 1920x1080 and 1280x720 and both tests were similar which I hear means it's bottlenecked.

1920x1080 Results - Frames: 2013 - Time: 20000ms - Avg: 100.650 - Min: 88 - Max: 107

1280x720 Results - Frames: 2034 - Time: 20000ms - Avg: 101.700 - Min: 94 - Max: 106

If it is bottlenecked then please could someone offer some advice on what CPU I should get, I mainly use it for gaming. I hear AMD's CPUs are generally bad so I could get another motherboard for an Intel CPU but I don't even know where to start, i'm looking to spend around £200 - £250 and live in the UK.

Thanks in advance! ;)

No I haven't bothered overclocking anything yet, not clued in enough at the moment :D And my PSU is a 750W modular Antec. Yeah I suppose it is quite a shame but these things have to be done and I can't let my CPU lower the performance of the machine :/

How much of a difference can overclocking make? Apparently the 6200 has a turbo function of up to 4.1GHz, how long would it last while overclocked with the stock cooler do you think?

Thanks again guys for the feedback. I decided to have a bit of a mess around with the power settings on my pc and it was on balanced, I changed it to high performance (can't believe I didn't think of this sooner) and it now has a solid performance when gaming, I am definitely going to upgrade to intel but not right now :) Thanks again guys!
