Need some help with bios socket repair.

Is there anyone here that can do component repair? I need to fix a new plcc bios socket onto a shuttle sn41g motherboard. The previous owner of the board has cracked the socket on one side. I will have a proper look later and see if I can possibly do it myself but I doubt it.

I havent got a heat gun or the proper work station for this kind of work. Oh and the board is too old for warranty repair.

Any help would be much appreciated

I recently found a company called www.bios-repair.co.uk not sure if saying that is breaking rules if so i apologise didnt see them as a competitor as they just repair boards.
