Need some help with changing money

OK, I'm going away tomorrow and let's sayyyy that I take with me £500 to change into Euros. How many Euros am I likely to get from that? Not midmarket but after the Bureau has taken its cut.

Conversely, how much would I roughly get back in £££ is €500 were changed after the Bureau cut?

At the Post Office you'll get 1.3583 exchange rate today, no commission = 679.15 euros.

Market rate is 1.00 GBP = 1.43501 EUR, ~0.1 cut is about right I think.
