For nice fps

Motherboard-M597 PRO AMD 970 socket AMD3+

Cpu-AMD Quad core 4.2GHz

GPU-ASUS AMD 7850 2gb

RAM-8gb

Hard drive-1.5Tb

Depends what you use the PC for?

Maybe a SSD or even faster GFX card?

Also you may want to add a aftermarket cooler for the CPU as the stock AMD one is a bit noisy and it will also help you overclock should you wish to do so.

The Samsung 840EVo is the standard answer.

If you want to reuse your aftermarket cooler then you may want some new thermal paste?

The problem here is i like arma 3 but is very lag i know internet is inportant but i only get about 15 to 25 fps online with this spec. So what you think should i get frist to get better fps on arma 3

Not played ARMA3 but if its like BF4 then a better CPU will help with all those players online during a match.

Checking your boards (if that is the correct model number) CPU support list it appears you can fit a FX 8320 eight core CPU with a BIOS update.

Don't ever, ever go by that. What they mean is that theoretically the board supports the CPU. What they don't tell you is whether the board is actually capable of working with the CPU at full load without throttling. This is usually down to poor or no VRM cooling.

OP - looking at your board it would seem that it sports decent VRM cooling as well as an 8 pin CPU power plug. This would usually indicate 8+2 or 6+2, rather than 4+1 or 2.

After a quick look it seems it has 6+2, so would be fine for an 8320.
