Need some help with overclocking DS3

Hi Guys...
Just got my DS3 (rev 3.3) with E6400 & ocz 2 gb ram. I wanted to know if someone can give me a starter guide to get some overclocking done on this

Guys.. I followed the guide to overclock. I overclocked it to 2.8 Ghz at the moment but i have noticed a strange problem. When the machine is overclocked, I notice a lag in Vista. Has anyone noticed this problem?
 
I'll download Intel TAT. But what i have noticed is that in happens only when i increase the CPU voltage to 1.45 or above. ALso my temps are 29C in idle & 50 in full loads under sp2004 test
By the way i am running it at 424*8 (3391Mhz) & its stable. But i want to push it further
