Hi. ineed some help setting up a home network.
I have a netgear wireles access point and a BT one, and want to connect them both together (the netgear has an inbuilt 4 pport switchm , the BT one only has one port).
As well as that I need one computer to be wired where the BT a/p is (using a switch i guess).
so i'm thinking put a long cable from the netgear to the switch, and then just connect the BT a/p and the computer to the switch.
will that work? i've never had two wireless access points in one network so don't know if they'll conflict somehow.
ANother porblem i'm having is knowing whether to use straight through cables or crossover cables....
