Need some help with Speedfan

Seeing as you lot are so helpful, I've never been able to make sense of speedfan.

Here is a screenshot from my system, which runs an E6600. Can someone tell me what temp1, 2, 3, and the rest relate to [some are obvious though]?

Temp1 is the motherboard sensor.

Temp2 is the CPU.

Ignore Temp3.

HD* is ofcourse the hard drives.

Core * is the CPU core temp (there's 2 cos you've got 2 cores).

Oh and vcore2 is your vdimm (memory voltage).

OK thanks. Seems like a stupid question but what I don't understand is if core1 is 47 deg and core 2 is 51deg how can the CPU temp be 38 deg? Am I missing something and are these temperatures OK? [cooler is Arctic freezer 7]
