I recieved a new computer, a Titan Goliath with an 4870x2 graphics card, from OcUK last Wednesday, but it would not run any games nor FurMark, so their tech support people recommended I send the Graphics Card back to them and they'd send out a replacement card.

The new card arrived today and I am having trouble with it.

I just physically plugged the card back into the motherboard and booted up the computer. When I tried to run FurMark again to see if it could render the furry doughnut I got a black screen and a message saying

"This Benchmark requires an OpenGL 2.0 compliant graphics controller.
Start up failed.
NVIDIA Geforce 6 and higher (with latestest Forceware drivers) or ATO Raedeon X1000 and higher (with latest Catalyst drivers) are a good choice
"

So I installed the drivers on the CD that came with the graphics card and re-booted the computer. I had the same problem as before.

At this point I finally got through to the tech support people at OcUK. The guy on the phone got me to go into device manager (Vista 64 bit home premium btw) and uninstalled the two 4870x2 entires in the display adapters section (including unistalling the drivers), install the drivers on the CD again and reboot. I did this and the problem persisted. Also, I tried to open up COD4 single player and got a message saying

"Direct X encountered an unrecoverable error"

I installed the version of direct X that came with the game and the error persisted

I phoned OcUk again and the man on the line told me to, again, uninstall the 4870x2 entires in device manager and install the latest drivers and update BIOS.

I never play with BIOS so would liek to avoid that option.

So I google searched for the drivers and went to http://support.amd.com/us/gpudownload/Pages/index.aspx
But I can not find the drivers need for 4870x2 on there
(Windows Vista/64-bit edition/Radeon/........no 4870x2)

Can somebody please give me a bit of guidance where to find the driver I need and what else I can try if it fails to fix the problem.
