I can't see that 80 degrees would be a problem unless it's resulting in excessive noise. The maximum rated temperature is a fair bit higher.

You may want to look at the case airflow rather than replacing the stock cooler. I had my 3570K under its stock cooler for a while and it didn't get much over 70 running even when clocked to 4GHz and running Prime95.

Your idle temperatures also look high even if you are running the stock cooler.

It depends on the case. You'd expect to have an exhaust fan(s) as the bare minimum, and usually intake fans as well.

If you post some details about what you've got at the moment you may get some suggestions about the best way to proceed.

I have one intake fan at the front and one that blows out at the top of my case
thats all i have on my case i dont have one on the back of it its a xclio case oh and 360mm side fan on the case but it dont work haha blown need to replace it

Adding/replacing fans and/or replacing the cooler isn't going to do anything from a performance point-of-view. Unless you're trying to quiet things down save your money.

If you had a system that was potentially capable of a worthwhile overclock it'd be a different matter.
