EDIT: Not sure if this should be in the Case section or not D;
Hey guys,
Currently in the middle of saving for a full system rebuild, my last system was built in 07 and since then has only received some HDD and GPU upgrades, so it's about time to breathe some new life into her in the form of, well... everything.
I currently have an original CM HAF 932 case and was going to keep it for the new build but I am fed up of the amount of dust it pulls in and also I realllllly hate how the front I/O only has 4 USB 2.0's that have a worldwide record of breaking.
So it's for this reason I decided to throw a new case into the mix. I am deeply in love with the Enthoo Primo, I have my hearts et on it. I am looking for a case that will last me a good while, be easier to manage and give me the ability to watercool comfortably. This is why I love the Primo.
My question is, and I know I've rambled with some backstory, I currently have the pre-w/c'd Primo in my basket: http://www.overclockers.co.uk/showproduct.php?prodid=WC-042-TL
''''
But I am wondering if I should;
A) Get the basic version and W/C it myself? (I know the cooling components in the prebuilt one are cheaper than if you bought them on their own),
or B) Stick to air cooling until I can afford my own custom loop?
This is mainly due to the fact I hear that the AIO solutions from Corsair, etc can have problems, can be noisy or are just not that much better than a decent high-end air cooler.
What are your thoughts? I've not W/C'd before due to the price, but would love to.
EDIT: Also just saw the Enthoo Pro, would it be worth looking at that alternative and making a custom W/C Loop? would OCUK be able to assemble it for me if I buy the full system? ;o
thanks to you all
