I got a zalman zm-f1 is this crap or is there better was gonna stick another one on the front of the case will i notice much difference never had one on the front before if theres better let us know

Akasa ambers are good, look around the fan section of OcUK to find them. Also, punctuate :p

:edit: The ambers are the ones that have "Ultra Quiet" in the name. If you're after a large amount of flow these aren't really that good, but they are the best noise:airflow ratio in my experience.

so currently your case has only one 80mm exhaust fan?

you should notice a nice decrease in case temps with a front 80mm intake for sure, the increased airflow could potentially decrease component temps too.

if silence is an issue, you might wanna think about an 80-120mm fan adapter, as by their nature 120mm fans are quieter, and they push more air.

so what your saying is i can get a 120mm fan on this case if i get an adapter did'nt know u could get an adapter to do that its hot today got the front door open windows open cpu & chipset temps are 36 idle

yeap just found it on overclockers i know a 120mm would b much better and quieter can u get a adapter that could change a 3 pin conection on a fan to a molex connection

just take into consideration that the case is deigned for 80mm, and be sure it will fit the dimensions of a 120mm fan.

for example on one of my old cases I wanted to buy one of these but I couldnt as the 80mm front intake was situated under the front drive cage and would not fit the larger 120mm in there.

Yeh OcUK sell those aswell, but i think the fan MAY come with one anyway, my Akasa Crystals did :)

ahh just measured the back its not gonna fit well when i get a new case im gonna make sure i can fit 120mm fans on the front and back

the lian li cases are good value for money as Im sure you will be told in case central. But for a few extra quid u could get a antec P180 which is based on 120mm fans and it dead quiet. nice case.

This is what ive had my eyes on for a while now Thermaltake TSUNAMI VA3000BWA i checked the case u showed me

says in the manufacturers spec of that case it has dual 120mm rear and front. This will out perform the 80mm based system in both cooling and noise with out a doubt.

when i get the dosh im getting that thermaltake but for the moment im gonna get one of those akasa 80mm fans for this case for the front summer is here and i got a feeling im gonna need it cpu temp is like 35-36 idle today its usualy 30-32 :)
