Need some nice speakers

Hello all,
I have a set of speakers from when I first built computers 10 years ago and I feel that I should upgrade as they do not have the oomph that they used to in games and movies.

I have looked around and the Bose companion 5 set seems good for games and movies but they are not available at Overclockers yet. So can someone recommend me a speaker set with a subwoofer included that is good for movies and games or should I wait to see if Overclockers start to stock the Bose?

Thank you for any suggestions

Thanks for the replies, I thought that Bose were a good maker but now looking into what you have said I must agree about people not recommending Bose.

I did want 2.1 and those corsair look rather nice and they would go with my desk well as all my peripherals are corsair. Are they good value for money?

I'm kind of in the same boat, but I'm leaning towards at getting a set of Klipsch Promedia 2.1 which are going for £143 on the rainforest.

Definitely there's no other 2.1 system that delivers as well for the price, Corsair found a good gap in the market.
