need some programs

ok soi get my new computer this morning got it all up and running and now the overclocking bit

never used Intel chipset

this is what i have now

Seagate Barracuda 7200.12 1TB SATA 6Gb/s 32MB Cache
Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 PC3-12800C9 1600MHz Dual Channel Kit (CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9)
Corsair A70 High-Performance Dual Fan CPU Cooler (Socket AM2/AM3/LGA775/LGA1155/LGA1156/LGA1366)


i would like to know what programs everyone uses to monitor and overclock please.

CPU overclocking is always best through bios rather than a program.

I use core temp for temperature monitoring, Prime95 for stability checking, MSI afterburner for GPU overclocking, and Unigine Heaven for GFX stability checking.
