Need some quick advice please?

Hi guys,

I'm looking at buying a tablet that apparently comes with Windows 8.1 Enterprise, are there any drawbacks to this as a home user? Is it tied to the original purchasing company, is it time limited?

Never mind, went with a tablet with Windows 8.1 Pro.

It seems from Googling, that the Enterprise version is tied to the original companies licensing system and it 'calls' home approx every 6 months to see if the license is still valid!

Be sure to ask when buying 2nd hand or from the bay if its not mentioned in the listing?
