just got an E6400 and 4gb or ram, already have a 3870 and maybe thinking of getting another.

i want to clock the cpu as much as possible so a decent mobo is needed, raid would also be nice aswell as dual lan but the last 2 are not major issiues as i can get those later.

can you take a look at this list here and tell me what the best mobo would be for under £80 was looking at the Asus P5K Premium/WiFi-AP Intel P35.

looking to go to the shop today or tomorrow to get it.

that gigabyte looks a bit tasty, anyone know if those heatpipe coolers will work with the motherboard upside down? ie; rotated 180 degrees compared to normal installation.

i tried it with my old a8n premium but the chipset soon got hot, this gigabyte has some fins on the chipset from the looks of it so would these keep it cool enough?

I doubt it, I'd either swap the sink out, or point a fan at the southbridge :)

looks a bargain tbh, if I had the cash I'd grab the DS4 above

bear in mind that you can get a new abit IP35, MSI Neo2-FR or OcUK/J&W IP35 Pro for £80.
