Need some quick help, please!

Hi guys

I am trying to upload an image to my website. However when I view the site, all I see is a box with a boarder, where the image is suppose to be.

If I click it, it then opens a new tab, and shows me the picture. So, what I would like to know is this:

1: How do I get the picture to display correctly?
2: What's the best way to have photos on a website?

Nevermind, I sorted out question one. However 2. Stll remains to be answered.

Well, can I do it like I am now; uploading to a site (photobucket) and displaying img tag on my site?
