Need some Racing game reccomendations!

Hey guys,
I've been getting into my racing a lot these days. I recentlky got Rfactor and am loving it, but I want series specific games. For rallying, I already have colin mcrae DIRT on my list, but I haven't seen any recent F1 games, and I really want a DTM/supercar sim. Any racing series specific games that are coming or are on the PC already would be appreciated!

no recent F1 titles as Sony has the F1 rights still, but the f1 mod for rfactor should suffice

TOCA 3 i think has DTM etc in it

LFS is just an all round good sim

Test drive unlimited for cruising in a lot of licensed cars

Trackmania for random fun

should get you going anyway

you say you have rfactor look here http://www.rfactorcentral.com/sitemap.cfm
if you carnt find a mod you like in that lot you never will :p

also try gtr,gtr2 and gt legends
 
I ordered GT legends a few days back, so that should be coming in the post, also might get GTR2 some time, but I heard its near identical to Rfactor :confused:

GTLegends is awesome :D

Rfactor is all about the mods, there are mods catering for many many different racing catagorys, whereas GTR is about GT racing.

Need for Speed: Porsche 2000 is very good, takes you through a range of Porsches and is a lovely balance between sim and arcade racer. Yet to be bettered.

Bin that McRae game and get Richard Burns Rally. So brutal it will make your brain hurt.

netkar Pro is another option if you want a seriously hardcore driving sim. It's basically unfinished and suffers a few bugs, but the driving model and physics are excellent.

Agreed, RBR is without a doubt the best Rally sim on the PC.

nKPro should be getting some updates soon, with a multiplayer demo as far as I have read, I'm looking forwards to that.

dave2k2005 - Give the LFS demo a go if you haven't already.
 
RBR is good but HARD. Takes a lot of effort and if you relax slightly you'll just crash. Feels good when you get it right though.

LFS/GTR2 for road racing no doubt.
 
which best multiplayer arcade racer at moment with biggest following, full servers, motorbikes or cars any rally ones no sims pls.
