Need some reassurance regarding Gibbo’s post about ing applying for a refund

So I follow Mr Gibbo’s link to ask/apply for the refund using the Google form link he posted. I filled it out with relevant info and am now awaiting a reply.
I’m panicking slightly because I gave the order number that I took from the order details that were in the My Orders section of my account.
I then received an email that explained the issues and out of stocks but the order number was different on the email that was sent to me compared to the order number in My OC Account.
Will CS be able to track either order number. As I can’t re admit the refund Google form with the other account number.

If you create a topic in there, only yourself and OcUK Staff can see it. Likewise you cannot see anyone elses posts there
