Need some recipes/ideas for chicken!

Hey there,

I'm looking to change my diet, at the moment I have protein rich food but they have a lot of carbs which I'm trying to cut down on. From reading lots of articles, forums and websites it seems that chicken breast is the perfect meat and meal to have, it is high in protein and low in carbs. As I'm trying to build up muscle and cut down on carbs I need some healthy recipes.

So I'll be having chicken breast (roughly 4oz/113g) for lunch, mid afternoon snack and for dinner, but I have no idea what else to have with it apart from steamed vegetables!

So can you guys give me some simple healthy recipes perhaps?

Are there any tasty sauces I can have with the chicken?

Piri-piri chicken.

Will try and get the reciepe but best one I have come across is from Jamies 30 min meals, tastes so much better than Nando's, and is really easy!!
 
Go to UKTV food and type chicken into the recipe finder.

Might take a while ot find something you like but is full of recipes. Lemon chicken with potatoes and rosemary is one of my favourites and very easy to cook.
 
Don't know if the rest of this stuff is what you'd class as healthy... But cut a few breasts of chicken in to 3-4 diagonal strips and put in a oven dish along with a handful of whole garlic cloves (skin on), a bunch of cherry toms on vine, black olives and a couple of quartered lemons. Season, and add olive oil and a splash of white wine. Pop in the oven for 30-45 mins, the tomatoes will pop and create an awesome lemony/garlicky/tomatoey/olivey sauce with the chicken. Serve with crusty bread, potatoes, salad, anything... Squeeze the garlic out the bulbs too. Yum.
