Need some shift rota software?

Im going to be starting a new shift rota next week, working 4 days on, 4 days off, 12hr shifts.

Im looking for some software which will allow me to look at a certain date in the future and tell me if im working that day, or if its a rest 'day off' for me.

Any ideas?, ive 'goggled' but cant seem to track anything down.

You could just knock up a quick spreadsheet on Excel?

Plot all the days in a year in a column and colour-code the ones you're working/not working???

Ive not done much work with excel but ill give it a try.

Yeah me neither mate

Ctrl+: for today's date, then extend the series as far as you want to get an auto-fill-type-thingy going on
