been with my employer now for approx 4 months 3 months on a temp/perm basis via an agency which was all good and switched over to perm employment supposedly as of the 4th of this month,
Now the problem is i've been told i wont get paid at the end of this month(last wage was last month) as i haven't signed my contract. BUT work have never gave me a contract to sign i've been badgering them for the last couple of weeks and all i get is we'll chase it up for you.
anyone suggest a course of action other than finding another Job.? is there any legal grounds to demand wages in a certain timeframe?
