Since coming back to the game my casting speed is getting lagged. I play with 30-50ms but it often feels far higher than that. On LK last night is where I really noticed it, gear wise the other mage should only be 1k ahead in dps but he was 2k on average. I can't figure out what it could be since I used to assume that a low latency was the only fix needed. I'd get cast lag as shown up by Quartz but that lag would nearly always be negated by the next cast that went through quicker. Now I get cast lag followed by no quicker cast and often the red part on my quartz bar is reading about 600ms.
Does anyone know anything I can do? Before I left the game I was on a 32-bit win xp, q6600. Now I'm on a 64-bit win 7, i7 if that makes any difference....
