I wouldn't trust that signage haha! Looks like it should have a cord at the bottom to roll it up when they're finished.

I don't use a credit card, but you can pay with PayPal (not sure if buyer protection is valid though).

Also, some of the feedback on their site sounds ebay-like (A++++++ etc). Could be worth looking to see if they sell through eBay maybe.
