Need someone with experience on trains

OK, I'm heading to the middle of london on the 23rd. Need to be at tower bridge, south bank, by 1300.

I live in Bury St Edmunds, I have a car, but I don't want to drive there. I'm thinking I could drive to Stowmarket, and catch the Norwich <-> London train.

That's about all I know, so if someone could plan a route for me, with train times/transfers and, if applicable, underground routes etc, there's an e-beer and some e-cookies in it for you
