Need spec for a PSU that would be compatable with 8PIN cpu Motherbaord

-ASRock 970 Extreme3 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
-Patriot Viper 3 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
-Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM
-Video Card: HIS Radeon HD 7850 2GB
-Optical Drive: LG GH24NS90 DVD/CD Writer
-PCI card: WIFI WIRELESS N PCI ADAPTER CARD 300Mbps for DESKTOP PC Window XP Vista 7
-Case:Thermaltake Commander Snow Edition Midi Tower Case
 
must also agree with above, cool master not really known for good psu, a few good cheap cases, but not had any good comments about there psu's either im affraid

They have made a few decent ones, like the Silent Pro series and another range which I have forgotten, but the majority are either overpriced or rebranded generic.
 
:( oops have a Silent Pro just bought in a OC pc i just ordered for a m8, hope he doesn't see it, its the white one and seems very quite tbh did forget the make my bad, i'll edit and say they do make some cheap crap and a few good ones :)

nope wrong again its a PC Power & Cooling Silencer Mk III Series 500W '80 Plus Bronze' Modular Power Supply fitted to a m8's just needed a white on

The Silent Pro series aren't white to my knowledge, my one is a grey / black. The only white ones I know off are the GX series.

Silverstone Strider SST-ST40F-ES 400W Power Supply (PSU)

How about this PSU? not on OC site but if you Google it you can check it out. Seems okay, estimated W my rig will give out will be between 360-390 so 400W should be sufficient
