need specific psu

Hi and welcome to the forums. 
Most psu's under 750w are 150mm long so there is a huge choice. What is the budget for a psu and what components will it be powering? It is unlikely that you will need 650w. It's a bit of a poor size really as it's too much for a single card setup and not enough for a dual card setup. Many people over estimate the size of the psu they actually need. The pc in my siggy only pulls a max of 420w at the wall while gaming.

In that case 650w may be enough but i would suggest a 750w psu to give some extra headroom, especially if that 8350 is overclocked. Her are a couple to consider:-
EVGA Supernova G2 750w Superflower built unit based on theit Leadex Gold platform but with a awesome 10 year warranty.
