If you want Android this. The LG G2, Samsung Galaxy S4, HTC One or Sony Xperia Z1 would be alternative choices.

If iOS iPhone 5s.

If Windows the Nokia Lumia 1020.

Unless you want something bigger like a phablet? What exactly do you want to do on the phone?
