I would like suggestions on placement , mb ps rads piping ect, I was given this stand and wanted to water cool it, but have no idea were to start.

First of all, you and we need to know what components are going to be cooled in the first place.
If you put those parts against it, perhaps you can figure out where they're best placed and how to mount them before worrying too much about the components that'll be cooling it all.
To be perfectly honest, it's asking a lot to have other people plan all this out for you, but we'd be happy to help you pick out watercooling components and give general help with it
