Hi all,

im looking to spray the pci brackets for my wireless card and sound card black so they match the rest of my case internals.

Im guessing this is not a rare thing to do so, so what paint do you use? and what prep should be done on the brackets (if needed at all)?

thanks

When I sprayed my case I used Halfords spray - I sanded it down with some fine-ish sandpaper, primed it with grey primer and then a couple of light coats of black spray.

Humm, need a quick trip to halfords then. cba with sanding as it wont see much wear, ill just clean and spray.

Thanks

the best stuff i have used is Plasti-Kote Fast Drying Enamel spray paint - it was £4 for a 125ml can but it is really super stuff :D

Just bought a 400mml bottle for £8.44. As you say, not the cheapest in the world, but if its good, its worth it.

Agreed with the Plasti-Kote Fast Drying Enamel spray paint best out there and very hard to chip the paint if done right.
