Need Support With BSOD

I've recently been having issues with various crashes on my computer, both video card and BSOD. I've reinstalled windows to see if that fixes the problem, which it hasn't. I thought about what it could well be and here is what I've come up with.

-My PSU isn't powerful enough and gets to a point where iit gives out. XFX 550w
-My Mobo is dying
There's a small heatsink on my motherboard which is extremely hot to touch and I thought it could be a heat issue that's causing the crashes.

Here's some info that could be of use but I'm not too sure what someone would need to determine a problem.

Any help would be much appreciated because it's beginning to get frustration.

I'll test RAM tomorrow. and all temperatures are fine from what I see.

I'm also getting the chance to test a Corsair 600w PSU tomorrow from a friend. Another note is that this all started happening when I installed the PSU and graphics card last christmas. Crashes seem to be getting more regular, had two freezes today.

Crashes regardless of the clock I'm using.

Shall I still give the vcore voltage a whirl?

I had a look at doing the vcore in the bios but I haven't the slightest clue. There's no simple vcore value to change -.-

I did change it using amd overdrive and got it to 1.5v. did a 5 minute stress test and temps didn't go above 55c.

Could that be the BSOD problem then? The vcore?

Cool and quiet has always been disabled in BIOS. What screenshots of what program would you need to see how the ram's doing?

After overclocking to 4ghz and bumping the vcore to 1.51 I did a stress test for 6 hours on Prime95 and got no errors or crashes. Hopefully it continues this way with the gpu crashes too. Nothing triggers the gpu crashes it just happens whenever it decides too, sometimes happens when it's just chilling on the desktop.
