PC under £100 that will play Cod4 good?

My friend wants to move from cod4 wii to pc but is on a very tight budget. Only need the main components and a case, just needs to play cod4 1280x1024 medium-full?

Okay I have made a wanted thread, just seen some people selling Athlons and ram for £12 so might be able to do it
