Need thoughts on this spec

I'm planning a Gaming spec for my friend and I'm trying to keep it as cheap as possible but keeping the performance good.

This is what I have come up with so far, but I am thinking of an i3 or even possibly 775 instead. What are your thoughts?

Then its perfect.

Nice spec. You won't get much better bang for your buck than that. 775 would be a step back too far IMO.

Change the RAM like stulid suggested, and your friend will be very happy
