Need to access recovery partition for Vista

Still trying to get a friends lappy working

It's a turion64 based fuji thing. I've downloaded a a vista cd but when it loaded up (using the key on the lappy sticker) it comes up with 32bit vista.

I can see a "hidden" partition on the drive which i'm guessing is a recovery setup, but i've got no way of getting to it.

Any ideas?

Gave up, used a plain xp home disc and deleted al the partitions and started fom scratch.

After checking the fuji site, they don't support xp x64 OR vista 64. What the hell is the point building a machine with an 64bit cpu if there's no OS support for it!
