Need to buy new memory

Hi hope you can help me.

I will be buying windows 7 64 bit, so i will be buying 6 gig of ram also, Im not too sure what ram to buy.

either one set or two, for 4GB or 8GB respectively.

a 6GB kit is for a i7 system, which has a triple channel memory controller.
