Need to change windows 2000

I know i seem tight but i'd prefer to spend £50 on somthing better then a windows xp cd could anybody give me a link to get a skin to make my windows 2000 laptop to look like windows xp ???

Yea i might have too plus if i ever go to sell my laptop it will make it stand out more if it has XP as it sounds rubbish if you say in the description its running on windows 2000 lol Thanks.
