Need to cheat on HL2!

I was about 2/3rds of the way through Half life 2 (although I've completed it numerous times before) Before I had to re-format. Obviously I've lost my saved games. Is there a cheat that unlocks the different levels? as I can't face playing it all again!

To enable the console add -console to your launch options in properties in steam
play games TO ADD MORE THAN 1 COMMAND TO LAUNCH OPTIONS CHANGE THE PREFIX - TO + ON
THE SECOND/THIRD/FORTH EXT.
In gameplay press the ` button (under the esc button) to bring up the console
To enable the cheats first you must enter sv_cheats 1 into the console
Enter these codes into the console in get desired effect:

There are no properties as far as I can see in steam so I am unable to add -console!

Load Steam > Right-click HL2 and select Properties > Set launch options > Change to -console

is wrong.. -command is for launch options (eg -width 1024), the +command sets cvars (which you type in the console, ie +sv_cheats 1).
And he also wrote EXT instead of etc, which is unforgivable .

Also you can enable the console from the advanced keyboard settings. No need to change the launch options.

The console command you're looking for (which is not on that list) is sv_unlockedchapters... something like sv_unlockedchapters 15 will unlock all of the levels in the start game option
